The Journal of the Korean Physical Society (JKPS) is an international journal, published semi-monthly by the Korean Physical Society (KPS). Its aim is to dig out and circulate new and original research results in all fields of fundamental, applied, and interdisciplinary physics in a variety of different article types, including Research Articles, Letters, Review Articles, and Comments & Replies. Together with Regular Issues, JKPS publishes Proceedings of international conferences occasionally through the peer-review process.
The standard of the peer-review for proceedings is the same as for regular issues. Besides them, JKPS publishes Topical Reviews, which provide a comprehensive and extensive summary of recent research results in physics and are of current interest to a broader audience. A topical review should sim to summarize the pertinent experimental, theoretical, and computational results. Topical Reviews are published after peer-review and by collaboration with KPS Divisions.
The range of topics in JKPS is extensive including
• General, Mathematical, and Statistical Physics
• Particles and Nuclei
• Atoms, Molecules, and Optics
• Classical Mechanics of Discrete Systems
• Fluids, Plasms, and Phenomenology
• Condensed Matter Physics
• Cross-Disciplinary Physics and Related Areas of Science and Technology
• Geophysics and Astrophysics
ISO code: J. Korean Phys. Soc.
* Authors should login to the JKPS submission page from July 1, 2022 and select 'Author'. Also, you can submit your paper by checking ISPSA 2022 Special Issue, not Regular Issue.

The Korean Vacuum Society launched its official journal in 1992 under the name of Journal of the Korean Vacuum Society (JKVS; p-ISSN 1225-8822) as a quarterly journal, and it has been published in bimonthly since 2006. ASCT has succeeded JKVS as an online journal since 2014.
ASCT is indexed in SCOPUS, ESCI, DOI/Crossref, Google Scholar; Science Central, an archive of scientific society journal literatures at the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST); Korea Science, the open platform for Korean scholarly publications of the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI); and the Korea Citation Index (KCI), an academic database of National Research Foundation of Korea. It also has been listed in the "Excellent Accredited Journal" since 2017, where only a few of the best journals in KCI are selected.
Aims and Scope
Applied Science and Convergence Technology (Appl. Sci. Converg. Technol., ASCT; e-ISSN 2288-6559) is a bimonthly published international peer-reviewed online journal. It aims to enhance the knowledge of applied science and technologies and vacuum by providing the researchers with easily accessible research information via the web. ASCT pursues its advancement through the research paper, review paper, rapid communications, brief reports, and technical papers. It is concerned not only at scientists and researchers in the fields it covers but also at those in other fields who are interested in the following fields.
- Vacuum technology
- Surface and interface science
- Plasma and display
- Semiconductors and thin films
- Nano science and biointerface
- Energy technology
Publication Fee: $300 per paper
Remark: Please select “ISPSA 2022” when you check the Manuscript Type on the submission step. If the number of publications is more than a certain number, if can be published as ISPSA 2022 Special Issue and it may be changed depending on the number of papers.
